The Community Foundation of West Tennessee announced the advancement of Haley Fortune to Community Impact Manager.

As Community Impact Manager, Fortune is responsible for building and maintaining the brand of the Community Foundation through relationship development, marketing and public relations, events, and special projects management.

“Some people come into an organization and make a profound footprint. Beginning as an intern to returning back to managing an entire area, Haley has become indispensable,” said Dr. Frank McMeen, President of the Community Foundation.

Fortune began her work at the Community Foundation as the Marketing Intern in 2019. She officially joined the team in October 2020 and has served in two previous roles, Donor Services Associate and Community Outreach Associate. She earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Memphis.

“Haley has been an invaluable part of the Community Foundation team since she first joined us as an intern,” said Beth Koffman, Chief Operating Officer of the Community Foundation. “She is committed to excellence in everything she does, and she supports every member of our team to help achieve our goals. Our organization, and our community, are better because of the work she does.”

The Community Foundation of West Tennessee was established in 1985 to strengthen the health and well-being of the region by serving as a catalyst for positive changes in the arts, education, healthcare, and other causes. It enhances the quality of life for residents by supporting programs, initiatives, and organizations serving rural West Tennessee.

She is committed to excellence in everything she does, and she supports every member of our team to help achieve our goals.
