Eligibility + Priorities

100 Women Who Care: West Tennessee awards grants annually to organizations that serve the people of West Tennessee (for a full list of eligible counties, please view our guidelines). There is no specific area of focus for these awards, and the grant may be used for unrestricted operating support or specific projects.

Applicants must be an established 501 (c)(3) organization for a minimum of three years or be a current, active fund of the Community Foundation of West Tennessee in good standing.

Grant applications will be accepted between January 1, 2026, to January 31, 2026. The 100 Women Who Care selection committee reserves the right to disqualify any proposals arriving after the deadline. Applicants must apply online at the link below.

How It Works

Funding

100 Women Who Care accepts proposals from 501 (c)(3) organizations and funds of the Community Foundation in January. Then, a volunteer committee of members reviews and scores proposals to narrow down the nonprofits to three finalists in each category: small and large.

During our annual awards luncheon, each organization pitches their mission and program to members. After all groups have presented, 100 Women Who Care donors will vote to determine the grant winners in both the small and large categories.
